Sanctuary in Mandai:)

Yes i went to the Zoo! marvellous place if you ask me. its a beautiful little piece of land with so many exotic animals. baby and i have always wanted to go to the zoo together, its a nice place for young couples to visit. many hot mamas with their adorable little kids were spotted, apart from the usual tourists and couples. thanks to baby’s absolutely efficient map reading skills, we managed to tour the whole zoo entirely by foot within 3.5 hours-now thats efficient, we took millions of photos of all the animals we saw. pictures to elaborate, more at facebook if interested:)

The lovely company.

that’s me at the entrance, baby’s photography skills are brilliant, you’ll see the proof later on.

the tickets were expensive.

The Onisuka tigers and adidas for comfort!

Baby made yummy ham and egg sandwiches for lunch!

Next up, Our FAVOURITE animal and the highlight of our entire zoo trip, the magnificent white tiger!

IT IS SO SO SO CUTE, OMG, GASP.

I simply love cats, big or small, so you can imagine my excitment when i saw them.

baby(My Fav Cat!) with his relative. C U T E<3

It was so pretty, we spent about 40 minutes there because we walked back specially again during the feeding time. there were three of them, baby and i found them absolutely adorable and pretty. these tigers are white because they have a unique gene in them that gives them a distinctive cream and brown colour with alluring blue eyes. Majestic cats calls for royal attention, their den is the most scenic, spacious and well maintained in the entire zoo. When it came close to their feeding time at 2.20, baby and i headed back to them after exploring the entire zoo for a last peek at them. Omar, the male tiger was exceptionally smart and was able to catch hold of its food thrown by the keeper. I LOVE the white tigers! (We actually have a million more photos of them!)

Not neglecting the many other animals we visited as well!

Only the Singapore zoo has such pretty signboards.

we had ice cold water all the way thanks to baby’s camel bag water pack that my dear baby carried all the way, LOVE!

And since we paid for them, we decided to take a tram ride round half of the zoo although we had already toured the entire Zoo. yes, WE walked, im getting better at this! imma active girl!

We ended the fulfilling date we had at the zoo with Ben & Jerry’s mix n match!!

A much deserved treat before heading back to baby’s house to freshen up.

Chocolate mint, Chunky monkey and Strawberry cheesecake with hot fugde, rainbow bits and M&Ms!

It was pure bliss, YUMMY!

Baby loves taking unglam photos of me eating.

On the whole, it was yet another marvellous day spent with my love, many more to come!

Finally we had a simple dinner before i had to head home, im meeting baby again in less than 24 hours, wheeee! gotta meet up as much as possible before he starts school next week.

Toodles!

Sun loving summer!

well well i love the summer. summer term, sun, bf friends and summer sales:):)

speaking of sales, i shall take a moment to put on my bimbotic cap for just a brief moment. Its so so sweet of baby to share his GST offset package with poor 20 year old me who gets NOTHING from the govt. im sure i heard you ‘below 21 yearers’ SCREAM in harmony. but that aside, it started with me getting really tempted to get these:

Then baby decided to get it for me!! yikes! ima happy girl!

Do visit http://tubee.livejournal.com for absolutely adorable, pretty, versatile and most importantly reasonably priced clothing! I love their clothes and how versatility is showcased by the models completed with ideal accessories and even fashion advices. fret not even if item runs out fast due to popularity, backorders are done swiftly and seamlessly, to the extend that you would not even notice it went out of stock for a while! They even introduced a contest, word, puzzles etc for cxs to solve which would then entitle them for a discount if correctly solved! how cool is that? I know i got you girls and guys out there tempted.

Meanwhile, baby has been occupied with school now that term is starting soon. Now at least i do not feel as guilty about being so busy all the time with excel projects for business stats and MA.

thats all for now!

Shopping spreeee:)

oh my i’ve been shopping a lot lately. nope i dun mean online shopping or window shopping because the former two are unlikely to cause any harm to my wallet. its against my principles to buy clothes online and you dun purchase anything when you window shop. what all of that means is that i’ve been walking all over town fishing out the cheapest and most worth while bargains. Tops, bottoms, bikinis, you name it, i’ve relentlessly racked cartloads of them. I love how shopping makes all troubles go away like this* tell me all about retail therapy. look at what i came back with:)

well, yeah i know im having my summer term now but that does’nt deny me the right to take some time off to enjoy my supposed summer holidays. so after my human resource and organisational behaviour paper was over, i headed straight to the malls to sweat it out. Now that two modules are completed, im only left with two, Management Accounting and Statistical decison. i have an insatiable need to work doubly hard to make sure i get myself on the dean’s list just like smart smart baby:) (Im so proud of him!) i’ve already completed 62 credits out of the required 120 and im getting increasing proud of myself and the fact that i could not get into a local U is beggining to bug me less and less. baby’s support and bitching sessions with with my friends have helped me loads in overcoming that insecurity in me. i would not deny that it still hurts when im reminded of the dream i could never see coming in this life. but, having baby alongside me and all my UB classmates spuring each other on has made me realise that love and care from the ppl we love beats 4 years in a local undergrad degree a million times over. Baby is very supportive of me and spurs me on all the time, and for that im really glad that someone up there gave me something that is worth so much more to me than anything else including a place in a local U.

Back to shopping, oh my i’ve been to ZARA, MNG and its madness. clothe hangers and clothes all over the place, on the floor and in front of mirrors. people everywhere were trying to pull over the tops or bottoms that they wish to purchase because queues for the fitting room was monsterously long! i queued for almost 40 minutes man, just for two tops and a bottom. but but but, despite all of that, im glad i’ve only spent about $80 up to date and i’ve got in total, one dressy top, one spag top and one nautical stripes tee from ZARA, a spag top, a printed Tunic from MNG as well as a Pair of PRETTY pink beach shorts from Pull and Bear. all under the 80 bucks! i’m good at fishing out absolute bargains as baby always says! anyway everyone should make a trip down to the above shops mentioned, they have absolute bargains ranging from 9.90-below 99 each. pull and bear has quite a few bargains at 15.90 and 29.90. wear a simple camisole and tights like i did and you can even beat the long long queues in the fitting rooms! (i was clever the second time round) lastly, Be sure to check for furrings, broken stiches or overstretched pieces as most sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Hurry Hurry, sizes run out fast and i had a hard time fishing out my s and xs pieces! Three cheers for GSS!

I know that he loves me cos he told me so.

Summertimmeee!

This little space is geting so filled with cobwebs already. well, summer term has been really really hectic and baby has been getting loads of nonsense and tantrums from me but we still love love love each other loads. baby is so so forgiving and .. but he’s taken! the past few days were a hiatus but i got to satisfy my craving for thai food by going for dinner at Thai express with baby and Parkway thai for daddie’s day!

my favourite? Phat thai beef.

we went on and on to camwhoreeee…

Baby. he’s so cute:):)

i wanted to buy it but it was way tooo expensive!

Next up, daddie’s day, we had a great dinner and after that my mom, sis and i went shopping at Robinson’s with my father’s cards. haha it was father’s day and he had to pay for dinner and our purchases, so sad right? see why i LOVE local men?

sugar daddie:)

My dad is so handsome man.
